The SE-A6 brings Pure Class-A operation from input to output, which eliminates switching distortion. It features precision tone controls (turnover, super bass, bass, treble, super treble), DC direct tone, subsonic and high filters, and loudness, as well as phono inputs for both MM and MC cartridges. As the signal is fed into the SU-A5, it gets lifted to 120 watts per channel into 8 ohms with a total harmonic distortion of 0.002%, all while you get to watch the enormous VU meters dance.
